Led by the first vice speaker Iryna Herashchenko, there was held an expert panel discussion on eliminating sexual violence in conflict.
International affairs
· The head of the Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations Hryhorii Nemyria held a meeting with the Head of the UN Monitoring Mission Fiona Frazer.
· The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine A.V.Parubiy met the President of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), President of the State Audit Institution-UAE Dr. Harib Al Amimi.
Parliamentary committees: output
Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy reviewed amendments to the law of Ukraine “On the procedure for mass media coverage of activities of Ukraine’s public and local authorities” (bill No.10241).
Evaluation of parliamentary committees’ activity
The Committee of Voters of Ukraine recognized the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs to be of the highest performance.
