The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the plenary session.

Morning session

The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of parliamentary factions and groups, who then made their announcements, statements, and proposals.

Parliamentarians continued to consider amendments to the draft law No. 1098 "On temporary committees of inquiry and temporary special (ad hoc) committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

There were 669 amendments reviewed.

MPs will go on to examine the leftover amendments at the next plenary session.

The presiding officer closed the morning session.
