Leadership of the foreign affairs committee met Marian Lupu, a member of the Moldovan Parliament and a co-President of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly
On November 22, the committee head Hanna Hopko and her deputy Borys Tarasiuk held a meeting with the said Moldovan official.
In the course of the meeting, the parties spoke of the security and political situation in Europe, Ukraine and Moldova including coming elections to the European Parliament, Moldova and Ukraine, further boosting the entire panoply of activities of the Eastern Partnership initiative together with its parliamentary aspect and a close coupling in the European integration realm.
In his turn, M.Lupu focused on the internal political situation in Moldova in the run-up to the parliamentary election campaign in February 2019.
