On national police’s name and insignia

By 233 ayes there has been passed the law of Ukraine “On amendments to certain legislative enactments of Ukraine as regards the usage of the National Police of Ukraine's designation and insignia”. The redrafted Article 1 of the law of Ukraine “On the National Police” now runs the term “police” is an abridged designation of the National Police of Ukraine.
The bill complements the above law with the Article 51 “The usage of the National Police of Ukraine's designation and insignia” defining the national police insignia and the terms of their usage. The new law also establishes administrative responsibility for the designation and insignia misuse through complementing the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine with a new Article 184 [3] to that effect.
