I.Herashchenko: Cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe contributes vastly to elaboration of polar legislation aimed to carry out internal reforms in Ukraine

This statement was made by the First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Herashchenko at a meeting with the delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe headed by the Congress President Gudrun Mosler-Tornstrom (Austria, SOC).
