Committee on Environmental Policy, Nature Resources Utilization and Elimination of the Consequences of Chornobyl Catastrophe
The committee backs the draft bill No.7213 amending the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding rental payments for special water use.
The bill’s goals are to emend the rental discrepancies between the Tax and Water Codes of Ukraine arising from January 1, 2018, exclude a slump in special water use rental revenues and remove legal gaps in defining specifiers for branches, divisions and other detached offices of a water consumer when imposing tax duties on special water-use rental upon the consumer.
The committee recommends the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy to submit up to the Parliament a proposal to adopt the draft bill on the first and second readings.
