The Parliament’s printing office has prepared the 29^th issue of the legislative digest

The law on the assessment of environmental effects has been presented in the regular issue of “The Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” in particular.

The law institutes the legal and managerial grounds of environmental impact assessment aimed at protection of ecological security, prevention of environmental damage, sustainable use and restoration of natural resources.
