Hanna Hopko, the Head of Committee on Foreign Affairs took part in the round table ‘100 years of Ukrainian Revolution: International and Political Dimension’. The event was held in the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The table was attended by many politicians, historians, the lecturers and the students. ‘History is a stark teacher who chastises mercilessly those unwilling to learn its lessons,’ said H.Hopko closing the discussions.
Learning Ukraine’s history at all higher educational institutions must be a prime tool to form the Ukrainian identity and vocational training of experts for various areas of knowledge.
