expressed the warmest thanks to her colleague, heading the parliamentary group
of friendship with Ukraine of the Consultative Council of the Kingdom for the international
support Saudi Arabia has been extending to Ukraine.

The committee head also voiced the hope for a friendly assistance the Kingdom could render to Ukraine in obtaining an observer status at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for advancing our stance in the Muslim world.
The delegates in turn stressed the importance of our beneficial collaboration, conveying gratitude to Ukraine for its voting as to Yemen.
The parties discussed the Ukrainian-Arab cooperation in aircraft construction (An-132D), with focus on a direct and regular flights, a simplified visa regime. Investments, youth policy, women in politics, education, arms industry, and an Islamic centre in Ukraine were also talked over.
The both sides acknowledged having a vast room in boosting the mutual relations, with a particular emphasis being made on some strategic areas of collaboration, viz. counteraction to Russia’s propaganda, cultural projects, development of tourism.
