Andrii Parubii, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, declared the plenary meeting open. He first of all congratulated all those present with the EU visa free regime achieved. Two clusters of issues are today on the table – housing and communal services, informatization points.

A new law has been adopted, amending the Law of Ukraine “On Education” in respect of the right to higher education for persons, residing in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The draft law under №6116 obliges all higher educational institutions of the 4 oblasts of Ukraine to accept those with general secondary education certificates, residing in the occupied territories. The acceptance is to be done on a competitive basis within the entry quotas.
The resolution adopted under №6445 has early revoked a mandate of the Radical Party’s Andrii Artemenko for his termination of Ukrainian citizenship.
