Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government recommends Ukrainian Parliament call snap election of some village, small town and city heads for Sunday March 26, 2017

The members of the Ukrainian Parliament / members of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government have recommended that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine call snap election of village, small town and city heads for Sunday, March 26, 2017 following the consideration of claims of some village, small town and city councils on calling snap election of respective heads with early termination of their authorities pursuant to Article 79 of the Law of Ukraine On Local Self-Government In Ukraine and as a result of taking into consideration requirement of Section 3 of Article 14, Sections 1 and 5 of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine On Local Election.
