Pursuant to recommendations of the European Parliament Mission for internal reform and capacity building in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the parliamentary services along with the USAID RADA Program have developed a special parliamentary information resource called Public Bills Discussion Portal.
The resource is being tested at the moment. The Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and Justice joined this process in order to organize more effective cooperation with the civil society, civil society institutions and experts. The portal is tested on the following two bills:
No. 5144 On Lobbyism dated September 20, 2016, and
No. 5144-1 On Lobbying dated October 5, 2016.
One may test the Portal and take part in a discussion of the bills just by going to https://itd.rada.gov.ua/services/pubd/.
