On behalf of the members of the Ukrainian Parliament and himself personally Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, expressed condolences with families of the killed and wounded as a result of a terrible explosion at the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria in Cairo.

We condole with the people of Egypt and wish speedy recovery to all the people wounded in the tragedy.

We strongly condemn the attack and call on all the parliaments to combine their efforts in avoidance of such tragedies in the future.
