The roundtable took place with the participation of representatives of the National Information Systems of the Ministry of Justice, Information Technologies Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and representatives of non-government organizations.
The participants in the roundtable discussed the following issues:
- opening of the registers as the key mechanism of anticorruption policy;
- measures aimed at reaching goals envisioned by the law on opening of property registers;
- recommendations regarding improvement of the Law of Ukraine on opening of property registers, etc.
Head of the of the Public Lustration Committee Oleksandra Drik presented results of the analysis of implementation of the effective law on opening of property registers.
On the basis of the analyzed data, the non-government organizations determined key recommendations on improvement of the effective law in this area.
