Ukrainian Parliament continues photo exhibition entitled "KRYVBAS. Legendary Battalion: History of Combat Path"

Since the very start of the anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine, thousands of Ukrainian men have risen to protect our country and save its territorial integrity. A total of 112 troopers, residents of the city of Kryvyi Rih, have been killed protecting the peace and showing willingness to build the future.

Today, hundreds of families in Ukraine have their members held hostage or gone missing during the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine.

The exhibition was organized to motivate the parliamentarians to adopt the bill that envisions payment of one-time financial aid to the families of such military men, as for over two years these families have been in financial straits living without their husbands, sons, fathers.

The event participants were mothers of the hostages and members of the Kryvbas battalion. They had an opportunity to talk to members of the Ukrainian Parliament, express their proposals touching release of the Ukrainians from captivity and assistance to their families.
