Following the request of the President of Ukraine to convene an extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation and pursuant to Section 8 of Article 19 of the Verkhovna Rada Regulations:
1. Convene an extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation for 10:00, September 29, 2016, to consider the issue of dismissal of judges.
2. Urge Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine / Head of the Secretariat, P.Bodnar to ensure preparation and holding of the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 29, 2016 and inform members of the Ukrainian Parliament about the issue to be considered at the meeting.
Reference information: President Petro Poroshenko has urged Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, to convene an extraordinary plenary meeting for September 30 to consider the issue of dismissal of judges.
