The July 21 meeting participants were people's deputies / representatives of the Ukrainian Parliament within the Committee on Legislative Support to Enforcement responsible for organization of a tender for occupy of the seats of the director of the State Bureau of Investigation, deputy directors, directors of the territorial bodies and heads of the central secretariat divisions; EUAM senior human resources advisor Barbara Kelly and EUAM criminal investigations advisor Borislav Hlebarov.
The Parties discussed the issues of the world's most spread and progressive formats, instruments and criteria of recruitment of candidates for the said state positions. In particular, Ms. Barbara Kelly and Mr. Borislav Hlebarov presented requirements to candidacies for the posts of director of the State Bureau of Investigation, his deputies, directors of territorial bodies and heads of central secretariat divisions; informed about advantages, disadvantages and peculiarities of application of the presented criteria.
