At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii announced the establishment of two interfactional deputy associations: For Ukrainian Transport Sector Development headed by people's deputy Ruslan Solvar; and Transformation of Ukraine co-headed by people's deputies Leonid Kozachenko and Ivan Kyrylenko.
