Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii announced election of people's deputy Vitalii Khomutynnik as the head of the Vidrodzhennia Party deputy group.
Andrii Parubii announced the participation of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and members of the Ukrainian Government in the evening plenary meeting on Thursday.
Groysman requested the people's deputies to approve new members of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine and adopt a set of draft laws required for further cooperation with the International Monetary Fund.
The people's deputies continued consideration of the draft law No. 4516 "On amendments to Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to minimization of impact on administering of state budget revenues).
Andrii Parubii announced the establishment of the Anti-Populists interfactional deputy association at the Verkhovna Rada. Co-chairpersons of the Association are people's deputies Vadym Denysenko, Iryna Suslova, and Dmytro Lubenets.
The Ukrainian Parliament adopted the draft law "On amendments to Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to minimization of impact on administering of state budget revenues) as a basis.
The draft law offers to introduce a single-level procedure of the administrative appealing against decisions of control agencies.

The people's deputies adopted the draft law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to consolidation of functions of state regulation of financial services markets) as a basis.
The draft law offers to transfer the authorities of state regulation of financial activity from the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets to the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market having envisioned the withdrawal of all terms referring to the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets from respective legislative acts.

The Ukrainian Parliament adopted the Resolution "On calendar plan of fifth session of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation"
The people's deputies approved the calendar plan for the fifth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation.
The calendar plan offers to start plenary meetings of the fifth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation on September 6, 2016 and close it on January 27, 2017.
In compliance with the calendar plan of the fifth session:
plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will take 10 weeks;
work in committees, commissions and factions - six weeks;
work of people's deputies with voters - five weeks;
holding of "hours of questions to Ukrainian Government" at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - 10 hours.

The Ukrainian Parliament adopted the Resolution "On appointment of members of Council of National Bank of Ukraine."
The Verkhovna Rada appointed:
1) Viktor Koziuk for the period of seven years,
2) Olena Scherbakova for the period of six years,
3) Tymofii Mylovanov for the period of five years,
4) Vira Rychakivska for the period of four years.

The people's deputies adopted the law "On amendments to Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine" (as to toughening of responsibility for drunk driving or driving under effects of drugs).
