Verkhovna Rada Committee on Free Speech and Information Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On television and radio broadcasting" (as to improvement of imposition of sanctions by National Council)

The draft law No. 4815 offers a mechanism to set the size of fines and their imposition by the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine. The draft law envisions an opportunity to directly levy fines for violation of the law in order to avoid negative aftermath for the society and the state.
