Dear navy men, officers, generals and admirals,
I sincerely congratulate you on the Ukrainian Naval Forces Day.
For the first time, the Ukrainian flags were hoisted on the ships of the Black Sea fleet on April 29, 1918.
I am confident that the Ukrainian navy men will return Crimea to Ukraine and our naval bases in the Black Sea.
Ukraine has always been and will be a maritime state and its seamen — an example of courage, patriotism and high professionalism.
I wish you sound health, happiness and welfare.
Glory to Ukraine!
