The participants in the meeting of the General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment within the framework of the XXV annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) elected Committee heads in Tbilisi (Georgia) on July 3, 2016.

Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Artur Gerasymov was elected a Vice-Chair of the Parliamentary Assembly General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment, which considerably enhances the position of Ukraine within the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
