Ukrainian Parliament hosts festive ceremony of cancellation of envelope with original "June 28 — Ukrainian Constitution Day" stamp

The participants in the ceremony were Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii and First Vice Prime Minister / Economic Development and Trade Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv.

Reference information: The Ukrposhta state postal communication enterprise has issued an envelope with a graphic image depicting the flag of Ukraine on it. The stamp bears the image of the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The circulation of the envelope is 400,000.
