Minister of Culture of Ukraine Yevhen Nyschuk pointed out the aspects of the national propaganda provided through culture, highlighted what systemic approach is required when it comes to celebration of holidays and memorable dates.
The minister thanked the deputy corps for their support to the Ukrainian song on the radio and the adoption of the respective law.
The minister told the deputies about the events conducted by the ministry touching the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine this year and other memorable dates, some cultural projects, about cooperation between the ministry and relevant parliamentary committee, with the whole deputy corps, about the legislative activity which is currently underway.
Minister of Social Policy Andrii Reva touched upon the problem of internally displaced persons. He noted that the protection of their rights is kept in the public eye, in the eye of all bodies of state power, inter alia the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
The official said the number of internally displaced persons from Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Crimea has already exceeded 1.783 million people or 1.444 million families. He said that the number includes 956,000 pensioners, almost 72,000 disabled people, and 234,000 children. He noted that the protection of rights of all those people is of priority of the Ministry of Social Policy.
Reva told the deputies about the measures taken by the ministry to solve the problems of the internally displaced persons.
The members of the Ukrainian Government answered some questions of the people's deputies.
Asked about the provision of the citizens with vaccines, Minister of Social Policy Pavlo Rozenko said that the level of provision had already reached 39%.
Rozenko assured that the need for the vaccines would be ensured in full at the earliest possible time.
Environment and Natural Resources Minister of Ukraine Ostap Semerak informed the deputies about the establishment of a workgroup to create single integrated environmental protection service combining all the needed functions.
Vice Prime Minister Hennadii Zubko noted that to lower the energy dependence of Ukraine, the country has to consume less of energy resources. He addressed the parliamentarians requesting to organize a package vote, or even to allocate a day to consider all necessary laws on energy efficiency.
The members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine also answered other questions of the people's deputies.
