Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii opened the morning meeting.
The parliamentarians adopted the law "On amendments to Article 13 of Law of Ukraine "On peculiarities of effectuation of right of ownership in apartment houses).
The legislative act supplements Section 5 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On peculiarities of effectuation of right of ownership in apartment houses" with provisions able to facilitate continuing maintenance of apartment houses until the moment when apartment house management agreements are signed as a result of respective tenders. Other provisions allow co-owners to abolish agreements with managers appointed through respective tenders if they become ready to independently decide how to manage their houses.

Besides, the people's deputies adopted the Law of Ukraine "On financial restructuring."
The law determines the conditions and the order of voluntary financial restructuring of a debtor under the measures enshrined in this Law.
The prcedure of financial restructuring is applied during the restructuring of the economic activity and assets (inter alia the ones located outside Ukraine) of the debtor.
The final and transitional provisions of the document envision that the Law takes effect three months after the day of its publication and expires three years later.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada announced the quit of people's deputy Yevhen Murayev from the Opposition bloc faction.
The Ukrainian parliamentarians also adopted the Law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On state defense order" (proposals of the President of Ukraine inclusive).
