Committee on state construction, regional policy and local government recommends to the Verkhovna Rada to adopt as a basis the Law on Amendments to Law of Ukraine "On State Service" related to amendments of the text of Oath

Draft law (№4514) is expected to add the text of the Oath of the government employee with words "to stand for sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, adhere to professional ethics."
According to the author of the draft law, it will create a legal framework for the protection of national interests, territorial integrity, state sovereignty, order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, and will allow to take enforcement actions to government employees who promote the idea of ??separatism.
