Following the discussion, the Committee members decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approve as a basis the following draft laws:
on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On prices and price formation" (concerning statistical supervision in the sphere of price formation) (No. 4572);
on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of management of and control over state property facilities (No. 4590);
on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regulating state statistical activity (No. 4584);
the Law on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" (concerning the activity of the administrative board) (No. 4603).
They also decided to recommend that the Parliament approve as a basis and in principle draft law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the management of state-owned enterprises producing blanks of securities, documents and blanks requiring the use of special security features (No. 4630).
