I sincerely congratulate you on the 150th foundation anniversary of the National Parliamentary Library of Ukraine.

Over the years of its existence, this unique place has become a leading library of Ukraine.

I would like to thank you — employees of the National Parliamentary Library of Ukraine — for saving the intellectual potential, invaluable book collection for today's and future generations.

I sincerely wish you sound health, personal happiness, well and welfare, optimism and new professional achievements.
