Before the opening of the morning session, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said that "the situation is extremely complicated, and that is why there comes a moment when it is necessary to take the responsibility."
V.Groysman expressed deep confidence that shared responsibility would be a success. "We will faithfully and loyally do our job. And I am convinced that all the challenges in the country will be overcome and the situation in the country will be stabilized," he stressed.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said that on Tuesday they held consultations with leaders of the Verkhovna Rada factions on the formation of new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "We have worked out the format that can be acceptable, responsible and will allow bringing the country out of crisis we are facing today," he said.
V.Groysman also noted that today there will be a meeting of the coalition of the Parliament to discuss and prepare for the vote on the formation of the Cabinet of Ministers on Thursday, and also approval of the Program of Action of the Government and reshuffle of the Verkhovna Rada’s leadership.
After registration of people's deputies V.Groysman opened the morning session.
After the speeches, the plenary session was chaired by First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrii Parubii.
The people’s deputies started examining the issues on the agenda.
They adopted the Resolution ‘On Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic “30 Years after Chornobyl: Lessons and Prospects”.’
After that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "30 Years after Chornobyl: Lessons and Prospects."
In the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings they systematized and took into account proposals of people's deputies of Ukraine, central and local executive power bodies, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, national industrial academies of sciences, scientific institutions and NGOs, expressed on March 16, 2016 during the hearings.
The Resolution orders the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by October 1, 2016 to inform the Parliament of Ukraine on the course of the implementation of the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "30 Years after Chornobyl: Lessons and Prospects."

The Resolution approves the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "Development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine and support to small and medium-sized businesses."
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is obliged by June 15, 2016 to inform the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the course of the implementation of the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings, approved by this Resolution.

The Verkhovna Rada approved Resolution ‘On Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "Current situation and prospects of ensuring road safety in Ukraine”.’
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "Current situation and prospects of ensuring road safety in Ukraine," and instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by May 1, 2016 to inform the Parliament of Ukraine of the course of the implementation of the Recommendations.
In the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings they took into account and systematized proposals of people’s deputies of Ukraine, state government and local self-government bodies, representatives of international organizations and NGOs, made on December 23, 2015 at the hearings.

The Verkhovna Rada approved resolution ‘On holding on May 18, 2016 of the parliamentary hearings on the topic "Current situation with respect to the implementation of principles of the anti-corruption policy in Ukraine”.’
It was decided to hold parliamentary hearings on the topic "Current situation with respect to the implementation of principles of the anti-corruption policy in Ukraine” on May 18, 2016 in the plenary session hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Also it was decided, in particular:
To order the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by April 25, 2016 to prepare and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine information and analytical materials concerning the topic of the parliamentary hearings, replicated for people's deputies of Ukraine, and corresponding proposals to the parliamentary hearings’ recommendations, and appoint a speaker on the above issue;
To order the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction to submit proposals concerning recommendations of the parliamentary hearings, to carry out necessary actions for the organization and methodological support of the hearings;
To invite for participation in the hearings leaders of authorized bodies in the sphere of corruption counteraction, law enforcement agencies, representatives of central and local executive power bodies, local self-government bodies, corresponding NGOs and international organizations, specialists of scientific institutions.

The Parliament approved the Declaration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the ratification of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control by Ukraine.
People's deputies instructed the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to deliver the Declaration to the Secretariat of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and the Director General of the World Health Organization.
