Verkhovna Rada names Andrii Parubii head of Ukrainian Parliament

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has elected Andrii Parubii the head of the Ukrainian Parliament and simultaneously recalled him from the post of the First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
