Having heard and discussed the information provided by Chairperson of the Committee Ye. Sobolev about the selection of candidacies of people's deputies / members of the Committee to the workgroup of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to elaborate a draft new Instruction on the order of verification of authenticity of income declarations, the Committee members decided to elect people's deputy of Ukraine / head of the subcommittee for control over observance of the legislation in the field of counteraction and preventing corruption by bodies of state power and local self-government Yu. Dereviyanko and people's deputy of Ukraine / Committee member V. Kryvokhatko.
Besides, the Committee members decided to address Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman to request a copy of a surveillance cameras' footage (in addition to the video materials of the Rada TV Channel) of a plenary meeting dated November 11, 2015 to detect the fact and conditions of disappearance of papers signed in support of the dismissal of Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin from the work place of people's deputy Ye. Sobolev.
After the discussion of the provided information touching the address of O. Prokhorenko, the board chairperson of the Ukrgasvydobuvannya public joint-stock company, on pressure of some people's deputies on the activity of the enterprise and on opening of criminal proceedings by law enforcement bodies, the parliamentarians decided to hear representatives of Ukrgasvydobuvannya at the Committee meeting at 11:00, on April 7. They also decided to invite representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine, Prosecutor General's Office, Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine, State Financial Inspectorate of Ukraine, State Geology and Mineral Resources Service of Ukraine, State Audit Service of Ukraine and public activists.
