The reload of the Government and focus of all branches of power on the settlement of general problems will allow towing the country out of the crisis and returning the people's trust in the authorities.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has told this to the Inter TV channel.
According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, the best action plan for the country's reformation we have today is the existing Coalition Agreement signed by the five parliamentary factions. "Today it is not important how to revise that Plan, instead it is more important how to use that plan more effectively," he noted.
Besides, the authorities have to take anti-crisis measures to overcome problems in many sectors. In particular, Groysman said that solving of problems in social, health care, infrastructure, coal and IT fields is of top-priority today. "My meetings with experts, with representatives of this sectors give me the understanding that it is still possible to change everything for the better," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada noted.
Groysman expressed confidence that before the year-end "we can reach the point from which we will be able to ensure the growth of the national economy, and, as a result, that will lead to tackling of many issues."
At that, the Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament noted that the authorities must not stay away from the problems the society is suffering now. "No one will be able to ignore the crisis the people are facing now," he said.
Groysman noted that today, representatives of all branches of the power along with international partners have to unite in settling current problems and take ten times greater efforts as much time had already been wasted.
"The problems have to be tackled along with mayors, city councils, village councils, regional councils, and regional administrations. All of us have to unite. Only one idea must dominate: Ukraine is a successful country. Then we will be able to succeed," he said.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada also said it will be important to form new Coalition and new Government. He said it is important to avoid the establishment of populist Coalition and Government. Instead it is important to make them more open for the society. "The leader of the reforms is the Government. The Government has to be effective, professional. The Government has to base its position on non-populist, real Coalition — the Coalition able to ensure holding of real reforms," he noted.
"If we do not understand that these numerous problems are of particular importance today, the number of problems will grow and the society will have worse moods. Ukraine does not deserve it," Groysman said.
