Political forces currently forming the Ukrainian Parliament must take political responsibility and establish effective Parliamentary Coalition and Government.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this opening the Conciliatory Council of the heads of the parliamentary factions and chairpersons of the parliamentary committees on Monday, March 28.
"Political responsibility of all heads of the parliaments factions and groups envisions the establishment of new effective Coalition. Secondly, it envisions the establishment of the new effective Government. They must take responsibility to name the problems and then, eventually, to start their solving," he said.
Groysman noted that Ukraine needs a clear anti-crisis action plan and strategic vision of the development in all social fields to tackle the problems and overcome the crisis in the country. Such an action plan has to be elaborated along with the Verkhovna Rada committees and Ukrainian ministries to be established within the assistance of the parliamentary coalition.
According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, the authorities have to estimate and response to the situation in the country. "Today the Ukrainians are surrounded by aggressive conditions. Whatever field of life they address (whether it is health care, economy, infrastructure) they always face ineffectiveness and aggression," he noted.
The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament also said that today the state has to restore citizens' trust in the authorities.
Groysman emphasized that no one has to "ignore" the solving of the country's problems.
He said that every politician must take responsibility and apply all the wisdom to tackle the situation in the country.
