Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On higher education" concerning formation of staffing table of institutions of higher education"

The purpose of the law adoption is to perfect the current legislation regulating social relations in the field of higher education, concerning enactment of the right of higher education institutions in state ownership not to reduce the current staffing table and dismiss highly qualified teaching staff in the conditions of reduction of the number of students enrolled.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2281a.
