In particular, the Law rules that land auctions are conducted in compliance with the agreement between the organizer of land auctions and their executor. Financing of the organization and holding of land auctions is provided by organizers of land auctions or by their executors in compliance with the agreement they sign, inter alia at the expense of register fees of land auctions' participants.
The expenditures of the organizers or executors for the land auctions are compensated by land auction winners.
The document contains a term, which allows individuals and legal entities, who were allowed to develop land survey projects before the enactment of this Law, to receive land plots beyond land auctions in cases determined by provisions of Section 2, Article 134 of the Land Code of Ukraine excluded by this Law.
