Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Article 15 of Law of Ukraine "On military duty and military service" (as to military draft)

The draft law envisions that the terms of a military draft (military drafts) are set with respective presidential decree.

The Law was adopted taking in consideration the remarks of the Committee under which Section 6, Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On military duty and military service" was put in the following wording:

"6. The terms of a military draft (military drafts) are set with respective presidential decree. The decree is promulgation by mass media organizations not later than in a month before the end of the year prior to the year of a military draft (military drafts)."

Respective draft law was registered under No. 4020.
