Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On election of people's deputies of Ukraine" (as to exclusion of deputy candidates from election list in multi-mandate constituency)

The document envisions that the list and sequence of deputy candidates in election lists set by respective party cannot be changed after submission of documents for registration by the Central Election Commission before announcement of election results. After the announcement, the deputy candidates can be excluded from the election lists under respective decision of a party congress. The decision of the party congress to exclude deputy candidates from the election lists is subject to registration by the Central Election Commission.

Besides, the Law covers the election lists of deputy candidates from political parties, which took part in the snap people's deputy elections of October 26, 2014.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 3700.
