Groysman: One of greatest problems in Ukraine — weakness of state institutions

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this at the meeting with laureates of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's prizes.

He also noted that an important task of nowadays is to ruin the old and create new system to refresh the executive power in several years.
