Verkhovna Rada Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction declares draft law on unshadowing of gambling market and provision of state budget with resources to fulfill social obligations, going in violation of anticorruption legislation

According to the Committee, the draft law inter alia does not give clear administrative procedure of holding planned and sudden inspections in the field of state lotteries.

The legislative terms touching total online-control of financial transactions in the field of gambling are corruptogenic, as they contain no clear regulatory conditions and rules of administrative procedure of functioning of the State E-Monitoring System.

The draft law does not contain the whole range of detailed state control during the regulation of activity in the field of organization and holding of gambling.

Taking the aforementioned in account, the Committee recommended rejecting the said draft law.
