Serhii Rybalka addressed non-government associations of foreign currency borrowers, civil councils under the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as on all concerned parties offering to provide their remarks and proposals to the draft law No. 4004 submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine before 16:00, February 12, 2016.
Respective letter was elaborated following a Committee meeting that took place with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, associations of the banking market, and representatives of borrowers associations on February 9.
"We have to adopt the law that would help the borrowers, and that would allow commercial banks to get rid of a part of the bad loans," respective open letter reads.
