Verkhovna Rada Chairperson Volodymyr Groysman presents program of Parliament modernization (results and plans for 2016)

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this at the presentation of the Parliament modernization program on February 5.

"Today's Ukrainian Parliament still requires certain changes," he said. According to Groysman, current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada is "one of the most open." "I am confident we have a great potential to develop relations with the civil society and experts," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
