Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On ratification of Agreement (in form of exchange of notes) between Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of Japan" (as to Loan agreement on Second loan for policy of development and economic reforms between Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Japan International Cooperation Agency)

The Agreement was signed on December 4, 2015.

The loan is granted for the development policy for carrying out economic reforms through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The terms and conditions of the loan are USD 300 million with 20 years maturity and six years grace period.

The loan will be repaid twice a year, June 20 and December 20.

The Ratification of the Agreement will allow attraction of funds for holding economic reforms in Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0080.
