Groysman: Ukrainian Parliament must be turned into modern European structure

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this at a joint briefing with Head of Needs Assessment Mission of the European Parliament Pat Cox.

The Ukrainian legislature should be a public, open and effective instrument, Groysman said.

"We are studying experience of the European Parliament and the parliaments of European countries," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
