Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On Ratification of Agreement between Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of Republic of Poland on allocation of loan on terms of tied aid"

In compliance with the Agreement, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is provided with a loan of the Republic of Poland worth EUR 100 million to finance projects on the development of border road infrastructure, equipment of Ukraine-Poland border checkpoints and other projects agreed by the parties.

The major conditions of the Agreement are: the amount of up to EUR 100 million; the crediting period of 30 years; grace period of 5 years; interest rate of 0.15%; the amount of commodities procured from Poland within the framework of implementation of the project shall make up at least 60%.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0076.
