Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On state property management" (as to specification of state property management bodies)

The draft law No. 2826 envisions legislative regulation of the execution of powers of judicial bodies in management and use of state property on their books.
