Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On ratification of Agreement between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Spain on mutual protection of confidential information"

The Agreement between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Spain signed in Kyiv on February 10, 2015 sets legal grounds for protection of confidential information, which can be exchanged in the course of cooperation between the two countries.

In particular, the Agreement sets respective terminology, order of mutual exchange and handling of confidential information, equivalence of national labels of information access restriction, competent agencies of the parties responsible for implementation of the Agreement provisions, procedural issues, etc.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0072.
