Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision recommends that Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law on amendments to Law of Ukraine "On Employment of Population" (concerning additional guarantees in facilitation of combatants' employment)

The draft law No. 2095a proposes to amend Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Employment of the Population," and thus to include into the list of categories of citizens having additional guarantees in facilitation of their employment, combatants subject to the Law of Ukraine "On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection."

However, the Committee expressed remarks to the draft law concerning the fact that to the category of citizens, entitled by the draft law to additional guarantees in facilitation of their employment, were included not only the citizens who participated in the anti-terrorist operation and received the status of a combatant, but all other combatants subject to the Law of Ukraine "On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection."
