"With a deep sorrow I have learned about the explosion that occurred in the center of Istanbul and resulted in numerous human losses and a large number of injured," the telegram reads.

V. Groysman on behalf of people's deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf asked to convey words of support to the families of those killed, and wished rapid recovery to the victims of this tragedy.
