Groysman: Decentralization — national interest of Ukraine

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this opening the meeting entitled "Major trends of decentralization of power in Ukraine in 2016" on Thursday, January 14.

He also noted that the people in certain villages, towns, districts and regions have to feel real improvement of their life.

He also noted that the decentralization reform is systemic and requires gradual implementation.
