Verkhovna Rada Ukraine adopts Resolution "On including in agenda of 3rd session of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation, draft law on amendments to Constitution of Ukraine (concerning justice) and its submitting to Constitutional Court of Ukraine"

In accordance with Articles 146, 148 of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's Regulations the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:

1. To include in the agenda of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation the issue on the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (concerning justice) (registration No. 3524), submitted by the President of Ukraine as urgent.

2. To send the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (concerning justice) to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to obtain a finding on its compliance with Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine (enclosed). Draft Resolution was registered under No.3524 / P.
